G’day !
G-Land Joyo’s Surf Camp is excited to announce the inclusion of Yoga class. The 1st stage has started since June 2007, it’s been long ago and now still continues…and as always the response from the guests here was great, amazing, and positive…
Yoga matches perfectly your surfing activity, it’s a perfect way to balance out the body & mind before-after surfing…very idea activity for a non-surfer visiting the camp. The program is tailored to the individual needs and skill level, focusing on strength, alignment, and the flow of energy in the body.
The Yoga class program is taught by a professional licensed instructor from Australia who will lead the class session.
Enjoy the class…stay in good shape & have some fun !
Cheers,
Randy
